Call to join at Leads Corporation

Last Thursday I got a mobile call from Leads Corporation. That was very my much expected by me. But after receiving my call I am in a vibrating mode for taking decision. What can I do now? Should I resign from my present job or not. What will I do,I don't know. But I need to join at Leads at 3th January 2010. I am in tense for my current situation.
